Vitamins are compounds in plant and animal foods that are needed for the body to function normally. The essential vitamins include

OUR BOTTOM LINE: DOES IT HELP?
NO.
We do not recommend using vitamins to relieve menopausal symptoms.
Though these essential vitamins are important for our health, there is no evidence that they affect menopause symptoms.
